Cancellation Form

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may use this model form to cancel an eligible order. It applies to standard (non-bespoke) items — for example handles, hardware and standard accessories — within 14 days of the day you receive them, and to services (Plan Pros) within 14 days of purchase. It does not apply to bespoke, made-to-measure goods (made-to-measure shutters, cut-to-size kitchen doors and panels, and pergolas manufactured to your dimensions), which are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. If you cancel a qualifying order, we will refund all sums paid, including any deposit and standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have returned them (for services, subject to a proportionate charge for work already performed at your request). You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.
