The Company operates in absolute alignment with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Under these UK regulations, custom-made, productised home provisions, and millimeter-specific modifications (including Kitchen-Pros replacement door variations and Pergola Pros structures) are entirely exempt from statutory 14-day cancellation mechanisms.
