    Bespoke Manufacture

    Bespoke Manufacture

    75% deposit initiates custom manufacturing. Your structure is built within Month 1 and completes pre-shipment assembly, testing and quality inspection at the factory before it ships.

    HIAB Delivery

    HIAB Delivery

    The remaining 25% balance becomes due once the goods have arrived and been logged into our UK distribution depot. Final delivery to the Client's property cannot be scheduled, released, or dispatched until cleared funds have been received in full. This payment structure enables us to maintain production continuity, manage international logistics efficiently, and fulfil bespoke orders in a timely and cost-effective manner.

    How waterproof is the pergola?
    Yes — when installed on a level base and maintained per our Stewardship Program. Our Cascade internal drainage system channels rain from sealed louvers into integrated beam gutters and down through hollow posts. The structure must be perfectly level and drainage channels kept clear to prevent overspilling during heavy UK storms.
    Can I install it myself?
    Yes, provided the structure is installed perfectly level and maintained according to our Stewardship Program. Our systems feature a high-capacity "Cascade" internal drainage system. When the louvres are closed, they form a watertight seal that directs rain into integrated beam gutters and down through the posts. To ensure this system functions at its engineered capacity, the structure must be erected on a level base to prevent water pooling. Additionally, the gutters and seals must be cleared regularly of leaves and debris; blockages in the seals can break the watertight tension and impede water flow, leading to overspilling during heavy UK storms.
    How does it handle extreme UK weather?
    All Pergola Pros models are engineered for high-velocity winds and heavy snow loads. Please refer to the specific model’s technical data for exact wind-rating specs. “Performance figures are model-specific and dependent on correct installation and foundations. Final specifications are confirmed at the quotation stage".
    What is the lead time from order to delivery?
    From the point of order, the end-to-end journey is approximately 3 months. Your pergola is bespoke-manufactured within the first month; the remaining two months cover the secure shipping window from our factory to your door.
    What are the payment terms?
    A 75% deposit initiates bespoke manufacturing. The remaining 25% balance is requested once your pergola safely arrives and is processed at our UK distribution depot. This ensures your system has successfully completed its international journey and passed quality inspection before your final balance is cleared for local dispatch. Factory video verification included at no extra charge. “Manufacturing begins after a voluntary 24-hour amendment window, in line with our Terms & Conditions".
    Will I be kept updated during the process?
    Transparency is core to our service. We provide regular status updates throughout the delivery window, including video footage of your completed structure immediately following its manufacture, so you can verify the quality before it begins its journey. You can also track the shipping vessel during its journey to the UK.
