Kitchen Pros is a trading name of Sterling Grid Security Ltd (Company No. 16927062). Sterling Grid Security Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through Kitchen Pros.

What this means for Kitchen Pros customers:

• The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page, referral and performance measurement. Shopping and checkout use Shopify.
• Tally hosts Kitchen Pros enquiry and plan/photo-upload forms and passes submissions to our Google Workspace lead records.
• We use the sizes, finishes, photographs, sketches and configuration details you provide to answer enquiries, check suitability, prepare quotes and fulfil orders.
• Enquiry records and related uploads are normally kept for up to 24 months from the last substantive contact. Information that becomes part of an order is kept under the order-retention period in the full policy.
• We do not sell your data. Card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers and are not stored by us.
