Kitchen Pros is a trading name of Sterling Grid Security Ltd (Company No. 16927062). Your contract is with Sterling Grid Security Ltd. One set of Terms & Conditions applies to every Sterling Grid Security Ltd trading name, including Kitchen Pros.

Key points for Kitchen Pros customers:

• Made-to-measure and bespoke items (cut-to-size doors, painted finishes, custom components) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right and cannot be cancelled once your order is confirmed.
• Standard items such as handles and hardware may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery; you cover the direct cost of returning them.
• Delivery is kerbside only — inspect your goods on delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours. Defects not reasonably discoverable on inspection remain covered.
• Product guarantees (up to 25 years by product type) are set out in Module E.
