A bioclimatic pergola is an adjustable-louvre structure engineered to manage the microclimate beneath it. The aluminium blades that form the roof rotate on demand: angle them open for light and airflow, part-closed to cut glare and heat, or fully closed to a sealed, watertight roof. Rain that lands on the closed louvres is carried away through drainage integrated into the beams and posts — so the roof works with the weather rather than against it.
Comfort you can adjust
Open the louvres on a still, sunny morning for light and a through-breeze; tilt them to take the edge off the midday sun; close them as cloud rolls in and stay dry underneath. You're not choosing one fixed setting when the pergola is installed — you're adjusting it, day to day and hour to hour, to suit how you're using the space.
Year-round outdoor living
Because the roof both adjusts and seals, a bioclimatic pergola isn't just a summer structure. Our Gold and Platinum models have fully adjustable louvre roofs with integrated drainage, and both are motorised for remote and app control.
