Pergola Pros is a trading name of Sterling Grid Security Ltd (Company No. 16927062). Your contract is with Sterling Grid Security Ltd. One set of Terms & Conditions applies to every Sterling Grid Security Ltd trading name, including Pergola Pros.

Key points for Pergola Pros customers:
- Pergolas are manufactured to your stated dimensions and are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once your order is confirmed.
- Accessory items that are not made to your specification may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery.
- Inspect your goods on delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours. Defects not reasonably discoverable on inspection remain covered.
- Guarantee periods vary by model and component — see Module E. Follow the operating and maintenance guidance supplied with your pergola.
