Pergola Pros is a trading name of Sterling Grid Security Ltd (Company No. 16927062). Sterling Grid Security Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through Pergola Pros.

What this means for Pergola Pros customers:

• The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page, referral and performance measurement. Shopping and checkout use Shopify.
• Tally hosts contact and photo-upload forms and passes submissions to our Google Workspace lead records. Two forms also connect directly to Google Sheets.
• The product-quote and showroom forms use EmailJS to deliver your details to our Google Workspace email. Private-data history storage is disabled in both EmailJS templates.
• We use dimensions, model choices, photographs and site-access details to prepare quotes, drawings, safety checks, orders and delivery. Necessary access details may be shared with HIAB or Moffett logistics providers.
• Enquiry records and uploads are normally kept for up to 24 months from the last substantive contact. Delivery access images are deleted within 30 days after successful sign-off unless needed for a live claim, safety matter or order record.
• We do not sell your data. Card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers and are not stored by us.
