What this means for Plan Pros customers:

• The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page, referral and performance measurement. Shopping and checkout use Shopify.
• Tally hosts the planning enquiry form and passes submissions and uploads to our Google Workspace lead records.
• We use measurements, photographs, plans, property addresses, Ordnance Survey mapping and Land Registry references to answer enquiries and prepare planning documents.
• Enquiry records and uploads are normally kept for up to 24 months from the last substantive contact. Drawings and mapping records connected with a purchased service are retained while a planning matter, revision service or guarantee is active and normally for 2 further years.
• We do not sell your data. Card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers and are not stored by us.
