Key points for Plan Pros customers:

• Plan Pros provides architectural design and planning services performed by architectural designers and technologists, not chartered architects.
• All drawings are conceptual and marked NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION.
• You may cancel a service order within 14 days; because work begins immediately at your request, cancelling after work has begun means paying a proportionate amount for work already done. Once your drawing pack is fully delivered, the right to cancel is lost.
• Orders may be amended free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
• We do not guarantee that planning permission or any other consent will be granted.
