Shutter Pros is a supply-only business. We do not provide installation, fitting, surveying, measuring appointments, home visits, or any on-site services. All products are supplied for customer self-fitment. By placing an order you confirm you have read and understood this supply-only basis.

Shutter Pros is a trading style of Sterling Grid Security Ltd (Company No. 16927062). One set of group Terms & Conditions applies to every Sterling Grid brand, including Shutter Pros.

Key points for Shutter Pros customers:
- Shutter Pros is supply-only: your shutters are made to your measurements and made available for collection — we do not deliver, install or measure.
- Made to your measurements — bespoke orders carry no 14-day cancellation right once your order is confirmed (regulation 28(1)(b), Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- Inspect your shutters and report any damage, shortage or visible fault within 48 hours of collection, before installation. Defects not reasonably discoverable on inspection remain covered.
- Guarantee periods by range (Classic and Endurance 10 years; Linea, Signature and Heritage 5 years) are set out in Module E.
- A model cancellation form is available for any standard (non-bespoke) items.
